Wedgwood has been crafting timeless traditions since 1759, with our traditional blue and white Jasperware inspiring classic Christmas color schemes for centuries. IDEAS FOR TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS TABLE SETTINGS

Another interesting angle is to take a supposedly ‘modern’ design and use it to promote more a more traditional aesthetic. The other side of the coin is to lean towards a more modern Christmas table style. These contemporary designs share varying levels of DNA with a ‘traditional’ setting, with some retaining or updating design cues and others going in another direction entirely.

The former combines modern and heritage design elements – chevron forms and the 1930s Tonquin pattern from the Wedgwood archives, respectively – for a piece that keeps a toe in the traditional camp, but which presents extremely modern.
